Hi, I'm Shannon.

If you're new here, welcome!

A bit about me in a nutshell: In my mid-late twenties I was a stressed AF workaholic with recurring gut & vaginal health issues. I worked 40+ hours/week, suffered from panic attacks, was stuck in a job that was taking me nowhere, and was completely and totally burnt-out. I  was a people-pleaser, struggled with my memory, weight gain, and low libido, and even though thought I was "healthy-ish" I had no idea how to actually nourish my body.

Now in my late thirties, I'm a meditating mama. I'm self-employed, with a thriving health coaching practice. I understand how to balance nutrition to fuel my body & feel my best. I'm no longer bloated, have no more panic attacks, and have now gone over SIX years without a yeast infection. (mind-boggling - I never thought I'd be able to say that!).


My passion is helping YOU to transform your health, mindset & daily habits and become your most aligned, grounded and BALANCED self!
