The 7-Day Gut Health Reset Course

Do you offer one-off sessions?My goal as your coach is to help you thrive and reach your personal goals through establishing new healthy habits and routines, as well as shifting your nutrition and mindset. With this in mind, I mostly only work with clients in a 3+ month coaching container so we can create long-lasting change to your health, habits & lifestyle.

Will I receive 1:1 coaching in this course?There is no 1:1 coaching available in this course. There is the opportunity to purchase an additional 1:1 call at a discount if you would like extra support.

Is the meal plan vegan/vegetarian?The meal plan is gut-friendly and plant-based, though not specifically vegetarian or vegan as there is animal protein included. All meals are free of gluten, refined sugar, dairy, and some other common allergens.

Are there any refunds?There are no refunds given for the purchase of this course. Once you've purchased, you have access to all the materials, so therefore there is no refund available.

Does this course expire?Nope! Once you buy it, you have it, and you can even retake the course whenever you'd like if you feel you need another reset later on!
