I felt like I was in conflict with my body at all times and didn't understand why.
Back in 2017, I was at my lowest point – I had been struggling with chronic, recurring vaginal infections for over 3 years, plus over a decade of digestive issues and crippling anxiety. I had low energy, low sex drive, had gained weight, poor memory, and just did not feel good about the state of my body.
After years of doctor's appointments with no real solutions, I finally learned about something called a candida diet. I could not comprehend how changing my diet could impact my yeast infections and anxiety, so I dragged my feet for 3 more insufferable months, until I finally decided that enough was enough.
Nothing I had tried was working – it was time to try something different. The result? Nothing short of life-changing.

My goal is to help other women better understand their own bodies to heal and thrive once again. The number one thing I learned in my healing? It's not all about the food. In fact, I believe it’s really all about mindset — your thoughts determine your actions, outlook, and ability to heal.
For years now I've helped women struggling with anxiety, vaginal health, and digestive issues, to get to the root causes of their symptoms so they could get their lives back. I know deeply what it feels like to constantly have to advocate for your own health, and to feel unheard or even shamed in conventional healing spaces.
It's not about taking tons of supplements, depriving yourself, or making big changes overnight. It's about learning how to listen to your body so you can give it what it needs.
