Retreats for the Mother who is ready to reconnect with herself.

Craving space to slow down, exhale, and step away from the constant demands of everyday life, even just for a moment?

Blending wellness, nervous system support, reflection, community, and spaciousness, these "mom-treat" experiences are designed to nourish the version of you that often gets buried beneath the mental load.

A softer approach to wellness.

This isn’t about optimizing yourself, sticking to a packed itinerary, or leaving with a list of things to “fix.”

These retreats are rooted in the belief that mothers need more support, more honesty, more rest, and more connection...NOT more pressure!

Expect nourishing meals, meaningful conversations, guided reflection, meditation and breathwork, optional movement, downtime, and space to reconnect with yourself at your own pace.

Come as you are.
Tired moms welcome.

What's a Mom-Treat?

Restorative retreats for mothers ready to reconnect with themselves.

Somewhere along the way, many mothers stop being at the center of our own lives.

Our needs come last. Our wellness gets squeezed into the margins. The things that once helped us feel like ourselves become harder and harder to prioritize.

A mom-treat is a chance to change that, even if only for a day or a weekend.

It's dedicated time to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, be supported by other women, and remember that caring for yourself isn't selfish - it's essential.

Because YOU deserve care, too.

Meet Shannon.

Integrative Nutrition Health Coach & Mama

Years before becoming a mom, wellness was a big part of my life. I had the time and space to prioritize long workouts, extended meditation practices, meal prep, and the routines that helped me feel grounded and connected to myself.

Then motherhood changed everything.

Somewhere between the sleepless nights, endless responsibilities, the endless mental load, and caring for everyone else's needs, I slowly began to lose touch with my own.

I know what it's like to look in the mirror and not fully recognize yourself anymore. To feel disconnected from your body. To wonder where your confidence went. To spend so much time taking care of everyone else that your own needs keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list.

And I know how frustrating it can feel when the wellness practices that once supported you no longer fit your current version of life.

As mothers, we often don't have an hour for yoga, a perfectly quiet meditation practice, or endless time to focus on ourselves. We need support that fits into real life. We need to connect with other women who understand. We need spaces that remind us that we matter too.

Over the years, my work has evolved from helping women to overcome chronic health issues to creating experiences that support the whole woman — her body, mind, nervous system, relationships, identity, and sense of self.

These retreats were born from that evolution.

They're designed to be a chance for mothers to step away from the constant demands of everyday life, reconnect with themselves, and remember that they are more than what they do for everyone else.

My hope is that every woman leaves feeling a little lighter, a little more supported, and a little more like herself again.

Because motherhood changes us. But we don't have to lose ourselves in the process.
